What's in the bag? Response

On the surface, the question of "how much control do you have in your life?" may seem simple, but with deeper thought I have found that it is very complex. Everyday we make decisions for ourselves, when in fact the self decisions are only for someone else. Although we may not want to go to school, we wake up every morning and go because we would get in trouble if we don't. One really doesn't have much control over their life until they are finished with highschool. Not until then does one have the true freewill to do whatever they want, and until then we are under control.

I don't agree with any of that I think that the only reasons why people come to school is because some realize the consequences good or bad from coming to school. I still think that you are in control of everything that you do wheter you are in highschool or a grown woman. How do people expect for you to think for yourself if you are told not to think for yourself until you get out of highschool?

You only go to school because you will get in trouble if you don't? That's the problem these days. Instead of inspiring us, people only show us the negative consequences for our actions. If we inspired to do the best we can do, we would. But all we are "inspired" to do is be mediocre, something just above doing it all wrong.
